NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Brunswick County Board of Commissioners will
hold a public hearing on Monday, August 19, 1991, at
6:30 p.m. The hearing will be held in the Commis
sioners Chambers, County Administration Building,
Brunswick County Government Center, Bolivia, North
Carolina.
The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public
comment concerning a proposal for the County to
finance an amount not to exceed $10,000,000 to
acquire and construct certain improvements to the
County's public finished water system, primarily to
expand and improve service in the southwestern
areas of the County, pursuant to an installment
financing contract to be entered into N.C. Gen. Stat.
160A-20. Additional information concerning the
proposed water system improvements is available at
the County Manager's office.
