The bride is the daughter of Doug
and Dawn Morrison of Wilmington.
The groom is the son of Gary and
Judy Galloway, Sr. of Varnamtown.
The bride was presented in mar
riage by her parents and escorted by
her father.
Anne Reagan of Cape May, N.J.,
and Claudia Sullivan of Swansboro
served as honorary attendants. Bri
desmaids were Michcle Lott of
Long Beach, Miss., Karen Gallo
way of Varnamtown and Laura Du

The groom's father served as best
man. Groomsmen were Donald

church fellowship hall, hosted by
the bride's parents.
The groom's parents hosted a re
hearsal dinner Friday evening at the
University of North Carolina at
Wilmington banquet hall.
The couple announced their up
coming marriage at an engagement
party hosted by Joe and Barbara
Edwards of Long Beach. Mrs. Ed
wards also served as wedding direc
tor.
After a honeymoon cruise to the
Bahamas, the ncwlyweds are resid
ing in Clinton. Tenn., where the
groom is employed at Martin-Mar
ietta in Oak Ridge, Tenn.

Uniled Methodist Church at Town
Creek.
The Rev. Billy Peele offiaied the
double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of
Cheryl Smith Tabor of Town Creek
and George R. Tabor 111 of Boiling
Spring Lakes. She is the grand
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Aubrey
Smith of Town Creek. Evelyn Tahor
Johnston and James Johnston of
NVinnabow and the late George R.
Tabor.
The groom is the son of Gerald
E. Davis of Raleigh and Barbara C.
Davis of Riverside, Calif. He is the
grandson of Nellie Davis of Fre
mont and the late Jessie W. Davis.

mony was provided by pianist Ka
thy Summerlin, organist Beth Mor
ris and vocalists Fran K. and Steven
Tabor, the bride's aunt and uncle.
The bride was given in marriage
by her parents and her brother,
Steven Brett Tabor, and escorted to
the altar by her brother and lather.
She was attired in a gown of ivory
p matte peau de soie adorned with
alencon lace, pearls, sequins and
hand-beaded lace appliques on the
bodicc and off-thc-shoulder collar.
The Kick of the gown featured a
triple-looped how accented with
alencon lace at the waist, which set
off the lace on the chapel-length
train and hemline. The bride's head
piece featured sprays of silk flow
ers, pearls, sequin leaves, lily ol the
valley, and a pouf to which her
waist-length veil of illusion was at
tached.
Dawn Bors/.ich of Boiling Spring
Lakes served as maid of honor.
Attendants were Kaydc Smith, the
bride's cousin: Bonnie Schwelel.
Joylee Phillips Bevel of Town
Creek and Kim Garrett Helms of
Monroe. They were attired in above
-the-knee dresses of coral satin with
off-the-shoulder collars.
Stephanie Davis, cousin of the
groom, was flower girl anil William
Smith, cousin of the bride, was ring
bearer.
The groom's father and Joseph
Farriss of Raleigh were the best
men. Groomsmen were Greg Davis,
the groom's brother; Steve Barrett,
Sanford Pinion and Kyle Garrison,
all of Raleigh.
Nicki Bcrbaum of Jacksonville,
Fla., a cousin of the bride, attended
the guest register.
The newlywcds received guests
at a reception in the church fellow
ship hall. They reside at Town
Creek.

The bride is the daughter of Pam
ela Bellamy Kecsec and Scott Gur
ganus, and was given in marriage
by her grandparents, James and
Virginia Bellamy, all of Shallotte.
The groom is the son of David
and Juili Pridgen, also of Shallotte.

groom, David Pridgen III, brother
of the groom, Jason Gurganus,

The bride wore a while satin
strapless gown with heavily beaded
txxlice of pearls, appliques atul irri
dcsccnts, and a lull flowing skirt
with ehapel -length train. The en
semble included a removable bolero
jacket with fichu collar and beaded
lace accents.
Her headpiece featured a pearl
and irridescent pouf in back with a
fingertip-length veil.
The bouquet was of while silk
flowers, pearl sprays and satin and
lace streamers.
Bridesmaids wore emerald taffeta
gowns styled wiih a shirred kxlice
and portrait neckline. The dresses
featured a rosette on the hip and lea
length skirls. Each bridesmaid held
silk mauve calla lilies wrapped in
tulle and greenery, carried across
the arm.
A reception was held after the
ceremony at Sea Trail Plantation
Amenity Center at Sunset Beach.
The bride is a senior at the
University of North Carolina at
Wilmington majoring in elementary
education, while the groom is em
ployed at SeaTrail as superintendent
of the Byrd golf course.
After a honeymoon at Cape llal
tcras, the couple is residing in
Occan Isle Beach.
