The double ring ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Dr. Mal colm H. lvey. The bride is the daughter of Doug and Dawn Morrison of Wilmington. The groom is the son of Gary and Judy Galloway, Sr. of Varnamtown. The bride was presented in mar riage by her parents and escorted by her father. Anne Reagan of Cape May, N.J., and Claudia Sullivan of Swansboro served as honorary attendants. Bri desmaids were Michcle Lott of Long Beach, Miss., Karen Gallo way of Varnamtown and Laura Du nay and Sharon Kepley of Wilm ington. The groom's father served as best man. Groomsmen were Donald Gates, Danny Champion, JclTcry Galloway, Darron Edens and T.-vy Morrison. Cody Galloway of Vamamtown served as ringbearer. Music for the service was provid ed by Sonja Walton and Mike Wag gelt. A reception followed in the church fellowship hall, hosted by the bride's parents. The groom's parents hosted a re hearsal dinner Friday evening at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington banquet hall. The couple announced their up coming marriage at an engagement party hosted by Joe and Barbara Edwards of Long Beach. Mrs. Ed wards also served as wedding direc tor. After a honeymoon cruise to the Bahamas, the ncwlyweds are resid ing in Clinton. Tenn., where the groom is employed at Martin-Mar ietta in Oak Ridge, Tenn. The Rev. Billy Peele offiaied the double-ring ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Cheryl Smith Tabor of Town Creek and George R. Tabor 111 of Boiling Spring Lakes. She is the grand daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Aubrey Smith of Town Creek. Evelyn Tahor Johnston and James Johnston of NVinnabow and the late George R. Tabor. The groom is the son of Gerald E. Davis of Raleigh and Barbara C. Davis of Riverside, Calif. He is the grandson of Nellie Davis of Fre mont and the late Jessie W. Davis. Music during the wedding cere mony was provided by pianist Ka thy Summerlin, organist Beth Mor ris and vocalists Fran K. and Steven Tabor, the bride's aunt and uncle. The bride was given in marriage by her parents and her brother, Steven Brett Tabor, and escorted to the altar by her brother and lather. She was attired in a gown of ivory p matte peau de soie adorned with alencon lace, pearls, sequins and hand-beaded lace appliques on the bodicc and off-thc-shoulder collar. The Kick of the gown featured a triple-looped how accented with alencon lace at the waist, which set off the lace on the chapel-length train and hemline. The bride's head piece featured sprays of silk flow ers, pearls, sequin leaves, lily ol the valley, and a pouf to which her waist-length veil of illusion was at tached. Dawn Bors/.ich of Boiling Spring Lakes served as maid of honor. Attendants were Kaydc Smith, the bride's cousin: Bonnie Schwelel. Joylee Phillips Bevel of Town Creek and Kim Garrett Helms of Monroe. A reception was held after the ceremony at Sea Trail Plantation Amenity Center at Sunset Beach. The bride is a senior at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington majoring in elementary education, while the groom is em ployed at SeaTrail as superintendent of the Byrd golf course.
