Brown, Pridgen Exchange Vows At Jennies Branch Dcbra Ann Brown and William David Pridgcn III were married Sat urday, Sept. 14, at Jennies Branch Baptist Church between Ocean Isle Beach and Shalloitc. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Jesse Bentlcy. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Russ of Shallotlc and Thomas J. Brown of I (olden Beach. Her grandmother in Edna S. Long of Ash. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William David Pridgcn Jr. of Shallotlc Point. Music for the ceremony was pro vided b> organist Ruth Daniel and Gig i Gore and Bobby Gore. The bride was escorted by her brother, Jerry I). Brown. She wore a long, formal gown of white briilal satin with a wedding Kind neckline and leg of mutton sleeves. The gown hail a basque waist and die bodice and sleeves were uimmed w-ith re embroidered aleneon lace which was heavily beaded and scquined. The lull skin formed a cathedral train, trimmed with aleneon lace and beads. The headpiece w as a bandeau of pearls, sequins and Austrian ci>s lals w nh a double back poui .uul fin gertip illusion veil. She carried a cascading bouquet of silk flowers. Susan Brown, sister-in-law ol the bride, served as matron ol honor.
