Dismisses Moonshine Charges Against Supply Man A Supply man charged following the sci/ure of more than SO gallons of lead contaminated moonshine in July hail those charges voluntarily dismissed in Brunswick County District Court last week. ALE Agent Tom Parker said tests showed the liquor was highly con taminated with lead, possibly from pijvs used during the distilling pro cess. His office issued a warning to persons not to drink moonshine in the area because the illegal liquor still had not been found by agents. In all. SO gallons and 16 oz. of il legally manufactured liquor were seized in the operation, which would have resulted in the lost tax revenues of S3, 183 to the state, said Pai ker.
