home following an extended illness.

in the church cemetery.
Born in Mt. Airy on April 26,
1927, she was the daughter of the
late Hlighe Preston and Martha Fin
ma Chap|?el Cundiff. She was pre
ceded in death by a sister, Ethel
Jones.
She had lived in Holden Beach
since 1947 and was a member of
Sabbath Home Baptist Church and a
member of its choir.
Survivors include her husband,
the Rev. Dewey Francis (Buck)
Belton of the home; three daugh
ters, Mrs. Tony (Brenda Kay) Hare
of Holden Beach: Mrs. Mike (Sarah

United Methodist Church.
