I 'd like to rellecl on what Christinas means to me. It's a lime ol great joy. A time to celebrate lite. ho|v and good fortune. I am very fortunate to have become a pari of this community, to feel the warmth ol gtnxl friends and company. As we close out IfWI. our chamber has grown 111 so many ways in its 15-year history. We have a lot to be thankful lor. 'Hirough strong leadership and dedi cation, it has grown with each year. In the stale ol North Carolina, our chamber is ail mired and looked upon as one ol the finest chantlvrs m the stale. I know, my chamlvr counterparts tell me so on many occasions. I am very pleased with the ac complishments that this chamber has made in the past, and I'm looking forward to the strides that we arc going to make in the future. We have a fine and loyal stall here at the chamber, and a wonderful board of directors to support our efforts. This chamber is a role model lor chambers across the stale and in the South We are making a difference and will continue to make a dilTcrencc as we move into the areas of edu cation and economic development I'd like to thank all of the merchants who participated in our ilomc Town Holidays.
