Four Of Seven Brunswick County District Court judges gave activc jail sentences to four of seven persons convicted last week of driving while impaired. Before Judge David G. Wall, two DWI defendants were sentenced. One received an eight-day jail sen tence and the other a 24-hour active term. Five people were also found guilty of DWI chargcs before Judge Jerry A. Jolly. Three of them re ceived two-year suspended sen tences. Judge Jolly also handed down a seven-day active jail tcrni to one de fendant and sentenced another to 24 hours in jail. Those District Court cases were among the following heard in Bol ivia for the period Jan. 27-29: Wayne Barnctt, assault on a fe male, voluntarily dismissed. Mack Vcmon Bracey, speeding 64 in a 55 zone, S45 and costs. Daniel Wayne Brilcs, resisting/ obstructing public olTicer, assault with a deadly weapon.
