Elder Thurman W. Skipper offici ated the double-ring ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Danny M. Gore of Shal lottc and the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carson H. Hawei; of Nak ina and Mr. and Mrs. Thomas E. Gore of Shallottc. Music was provided by Larry and Dcbby Hcustess of Shallottc. Lois Williamson of Ocean Isle Beach di rected. Patty Johnson, cousin of the groom, attended the register. Escorted by her father, the bride wore a white matte taffeta gown w ith lace bodice and re-embroidered medallions. The two-tiered Elizabe than sleeves, worn slightly off the shoulder, were long with cut-out ap pliques. Her ballgown skirt, hemmed in lace, featured a semi-cathedral train. Her fingertip, caplet veil of illusion was accented with a spray of silk roses and pearls. She carried a cascade of peach roses, off-white cabbage roses, free sia, variegated greenery and stream ers. Rita Holmes of Supply served as her maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Cindy Skipper. Ashley Reaves and Angie Robinson, all of Supply. They wore gowns of iridescent taffcia featuring a sweetheart neck line, fitted bodice, tulip sleeves and keyhole back with bow. The full skirt was enhanced with a graduated hemline. They carried peach and off-white roses with greenery and streamers. Susan Evans of Whiteville, cousin of the bride, served as flower girl. Ryan Gore of Shallotte, brother of the bride, was ring bearer. Larry DeStefano of Supply served as the groom's best man. Ushers were Scott Gore of Shallotte, brother of the bride; and Phillip Robinson and John Robinson, brothers of die groom. Special wedding guests included the groom's great- grandmother. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Sam Vetrano of Route 1 . Tabor City. White gladioli, hot pink carna tions. babies' breath and green plants decorated the sanctuary. Music was provided by Jim Smith, Jenny Smith. Donna Smith and Brian Vetrano, all of Tabor City. The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a traditional white gown of bridal satin with hand beaded collar, leg-o-mutton sleeves and a basque waist adorned with lace and studded with pearls. It featured a scalloped chapel train with lace cutouts, bows and rosettes. Her veil was a wreath of rosebuds and floral sprays with a pouf at the back, blush er and fingertip veil. She carried an arrangement of lilies, white roses, hot pink sweet heart roses and babies' breath. Dawn D Johnson of Whiteville was her maid of harajr. Bridesmaids were Donna Duncan of Durham, and Nancy Benton of Whiteville, sisters of the bride: and Michelle Irwin of Tabor City; and Monica Gore of Ash. Attendants wore tea-length gowns of fuschia satin styled with a scal loped neckline, scalloped V-back, fit ted waist and a pcplum with bow. They carried arm bouquets of white roses, lilies and hot pink ribbon streamers, and wore headpieces fash ioned from white rosettes and pearls and accented with hot pink ribbons. Stephanie Benton of Whitcvillc, niece of the bride, was flower girl. Her white tea-length dress featured a white lace overlay and pearl trim and she wore a white hat trimmed with ribbon. Scott Benton of Whiteville, nep hew of the bride, was ring bearer. The groom's best man was his la ther.
