CLUB BRIEFS Two Local Pilot Club Members Will Hold N.C. State Office Two local Pilots will be installed as stale officers when the Pilot Club of South Brunswick Islands Inc. at tends me 53iu Ninth Carolina District Convention at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel at Research Triangle Park May 1-3. Sherry Koseman will be installed Saturday night as the district's next governor, and Nellie Wcstbrook will be installed as her district secretary Others attending will include Mary Harrelson, Andy Roscman and Richard Wcstbrook. Voting delegates will be Martha Jo Hall. Bonnie Adams and Rosic Scarborough, with Pal Hasslcr, Wendy Milazzo and Sue Chapman as alternates. "Harvesting A World of Pilot Friendship" is the theme of the event. Angela Langlev, the N.C. Dis abled Professional Woman of the Year, will be honored during the Awards Luncheon, when club awards will also be presented. Pilot International is a service or ganization for business and profes sional women. Birds Are Topic The Calabash Chapter of the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) will meet Thurs day. DAR Workshop Set Representatives of two local chapters of the North Carolina Society, Daughters of the American Revolution, are expected to partici pate in a District IX workshop May 12 at Josefs Restaurant near Ken ansville. District IX comprises 16 chapters, including the William Gause Chapter of Shallotte and the Bruns wick Town Chapter of Southpon.
