LEGAL NOTICES NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOND REFERENDUM IN THE TOWN OF SINSET BEACH. NORTH CAROLINA A spccial bond referendum will be held in I he Tow n of Sunset Beach. North Carolina, between 6:30 A M and 7:30 P.M., on Tucs day. April 5. 1004, at which there will be sub mitted to the qualified voters of said Town the following question: Shall the order adopted on February 7. 1W. authorising not exceeding $5,000,000 Sanitary Sew er Bonds of the Town of Sunset Beach. For said referendum the regular registration books for elections in the County of Bruns wick will be used and the registration books, ptocess or records will continue to be open for the acceptance of registration applications and the registration of qualified persons from 8:30 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. on Monday through Friday, inclusive: of each week at the office of the Brunsw ick County Board of Elections located in the County Government Center, on Highway 17. in Bolivia. In addition, registration applications will be accepted by and qualified persons may register with the registrars and judges of elec tions for the several precincts in Brunswick County, by appointment, and with spccial registration commissioners designated by the Brunswick County Board of Elections, at such times and places as may be announced by the Brunswick County Board of Elections Also, registration applications will be ac cepted and qualified persons may register at any public library located in Brunswick County, during normal business hours, and with special registration commissioners at the offices of the Division of Motor Vehicles lo cated in the State when applying for. renew ing or correcting their driver licenses. Furthermore, certain persons in the armed forces and their spouses, certain veterans, cer tain civilians working with the armed forces, and members of the Peace Corps may register by mail at an\ time prior to-said referendum in the manner provided in Article 21 of Chapter 163 of the General Statutes of North Carolina and in person at any time, including the day of said referendum. Those residents of the Town who have no! voted in either of one of the two most recent successive presidential elections or in any othet election conducted in the Period be tween said two elections will not be consid ered to be registered under Brunswick County's permanent registralion system.
