New Hope Township, Perquimans

A. That part of The Sutton Farm,
which is bounded on the North by
Little River, m the East by the
lands of Mrs. Mary G. Robinson, on
the South by the Durante Neck Pub
lic Road, and n the West by the
Samuel Walston Farm and which
contains 85 acnes, more or less.
B. That paction of The Sutton
Farm, which is hounded on the North
by the Durante Neck Public Road, on
the East and South by The Newby
Farm and on the West by the Cross
Neck Road and the Bogue Land, and
which contains ISO acres, more or
C. The tract known as the Sutton
Swamp, which is bounded by the
