Mrs. Oliver White Sick Mrs. Oliver White continues sick -at her home on Grubb Street Mrs. .White has been confined to her bed for the past eight weeks. Norfolk Visitor Mrs. J. N. White, of Norfolk, Va., was the guest of Mrs. R. T. White on Sunday. Condition Improved Mrs. Emma Sumner, who has been quite sick for the past week, is some what improved. their daughter, Miss Ruth Hollowell, will attend the Duke-Carolina football game t Durham on Saturday. Accompanies Sister Home Miss Helen Taylor has 'returned to her home at Stovall, after a visit to her sister, Mrs. Silas M. Whedbee. Mrs. Whedbee and her little daughter, Mabel Martin, accompanied Miss Taylor home and are spending some time there. " . To Visit in Durham Miss Lillian Blanchard will spend the week-end in Durham, visiting her sister, Mrs. M. E. Hobbs. Returns From Norfolk Mrs. R. W. Smith has returned from Norfolk, Va., where she spent ten days visiting relatives. Mrs. Warren Returns Home Mrs. J. C. Warren will return to her home in Edenton on Friday after a visit with her sister, Mrs. T. F. Winslow, in Hertford. 5. Week-end Visitors Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Hudson, of Norfolk, Va., and their daughter, Miss Mary Tudor Hudson, who is a student at St. Mary's School, Raleigh, spent-the week-end with Mrs. T. F. Winslow. Mr. and Mrs. Divers Move Mr. and Mrs. W. M. Divers, Jr., who have been occupying apartments in the residence of Mrs. R. W. Smith, have moved into the home of Mr. and Mrs. W. M. Divers, Sr. Sunday at Mackeys Dr. and Mrs. C. A. Davenport vis ited Dr. Davenport's mother, Mrs. W. S. Davenport, at Mackeys, on Sunday. Mrs. Weeks at Home Mrs. F. M.
