Mr. and Mrs. Fred Bailey and two children, Hazel and Hale; Mrs. Eu gene Rempson and son, Joe, and Mrs. S. I. Cullipher motored to Kitty Hawk, Nags Head and Fort Raleigh Friday. Alma Lee, the small daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Louis E. Eaves, is on the sick list this week. Mrs. R. A. Perry and sons, Ral eigh and J. B., were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Hobbs, near Elizabeth City. Raleigh and J. B. Perry entertain ed a few of) their friends at their home near Pender Road on Friday evening. The living room was artis tically decorated with multi-colored chrysanthemums. Games and danc ing were enjoyed. The hosts served fruits. The guests included I Misses Blanche Davenport, Rosa Lassiter, Dorothy Mae and LiczirLee Homer, Jeannette Perry, Shirley Walker, and Lillie Mae and Bessie Haste,' of Edenton; Raleigh and J. B. Perry, James Spruill, Howard Godwin, Jim Bass, Glenn Matthews, Tom Cox and Edward Haste, of Edenton. Visited Parents Here Mr. and Mrs. R. D. Elliott had with them all but one of their six children, on Thanksgiving Day, in cluding Mrs. G. G. Dixon, and her, two sons, Grady, Jr., and Elliott, of Ayden; Mrs. J. R. Futrell and her little son, of Rich Square; Mrs. S. F. Pollard, of Bell Arthur; R. D. El liott, Jr., of Ahoskie; and Darius El liott, of Hertford. Mr. Futrell, of Rich Square; Mr. Pollard, of Bell Arthur, and Mies Katherine Law rence, of Enfield, were also present.
