At Home From Beach Mrs. Charles Johnson and son, Harrell, and Mrs. Olivia Hobbs re turned from Nags Head Sunday night. Mrs. Johnson and Mrs. Hobbs chaperoned a house-party at the Harris cottage for 12 days, and then remained at the beach for two weeks as the guests of Mrs. Harris. In New York Mrs. H. T. Tucker went to Chapel Hill Sunday to attend a banking institute this week. Visiting In Virginia Mrs. G. R. Convalescing Miss Jean Newbold underwent an appendectomy at General Hospital, Norfolk, Va., Thursday night.
