Miss Mamie Chambers of the Weeks- ville Home Economics Department was appointed to consult one member of the Agricultural and Industrial Arts group in her county to team if that group shared this opinion. She reported that they were most en thusiastic. It was decided to have a get-together meeting to discuss the problems. This ' meeting will be a dinner meeting and will be held at Central High School on Thursday night, November 7, at 6:30 o'clock. All superintendents, principals, agri culture, art, industrial arts and home economics teachers are invited to attend. During the social hour Miss Chap pell served a delicious sweet course. BETHANY SOCIETY MEETS The Woman's Society of Christian Service of Bethany Church met on Saturday afternoon for its regular session. ' An inspiring program on "Sharing Possessions" was present ed. Miss Manola Jolliff gave high lights of the conference held in Greenville in September. A busi ness session was held, after which a new member, Mrs. Mary Baker, was received into the Society.
