Mrs. Gillan and son, Jimmy, returned home with them for a short visit. Attend Navy-Notre Dame Game Mr. and Mrs. A. W. Hefren at tended the Navy-Notre Dame game in Baltimore on Saturday. Mrs. S. 6. Hollirigsworth and son, who have been visiting Mr. and Mrs. Hefren, accompanied them as far as Wash ington, D. C, their home. 'Ihere were 15 members present and three new members joined the society. At the business meeting it was decided that the so ciety would give a basket to a needy family at Thanksgiving. The next meeting will be next month at the home of Miss Raper. After the program and business meeting me nostess served a sweet course. ENTERTAIN AT BRIDGE Mrs. Fred Chalk and Mrs. Hudson Butler were joint hostesses at a bridge party last Thursday evening at the home of Mrs. Chalk.
