She was at honie several days convalescing from an attack of flu. Week-end At Home Miss Dorcas Knowles, of Williams ton, spent the week-end with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. R. L. Knowles. Richmond Visitors Mr. and Mrs. I. H. Wainwright, of Richmond, Va., spent the week-end with her mother, Mrs. Wm. Mardre. Mr. Wainwright returned to Rich mond Sunday night, but Mrs. Wain wright remained over for the week. Week-end Here Miss Donnie Mae Norman, of Ra leigh, spent the week-end with her mother, Mrs. L. W. Norman. Mrs. Reed Convalescent Mrs. Wilson Reed, who has been quite sick at her home, is much improved. Sick At Home Mrs. K. L. Knowles was confined to her home several days this week because of illness. Mr. Knowles is now able to be out, after being quite sick. Ill At Home Mrs. Kermit Kirby was confined to her home several days this week be cause of illness. Week-end Guest Miss Anna Mae Hatcher, of High Point, was the week-end guest of Miss Sarah Ward. Week-end At Hampton Miss Mary Towe went to Hampton, Va, Friday to spend the week-end with her sister, Mrs. J. M. Easori, and Mr. Eason.
