Hol dren and Mrs. Olivia Hobbs gave in teresting readings. Mrs. Johnson was presented a gift for her splendid cooperation with the Circle during the year. N. Hollowell. The meeting was opened at 8 o'clock by the song, "Hark, The Herald Angels Sing." Mrs. J. W. Zachary was in charge of an inter esting program. Mrs. I. A. Ward gave the devotional. Lane, at Whiteston, when her mother entertained a num , ber of young people. The guests J were invited into the yard where a : fire was burning. Games were en-1 joyed and hot dogs roasted. The young folks were then invited into the dining room where pink candles burned on the beautifully decorated table and the honoree cut her birth day cake. Fruit juice and cookies were served with the cake.
