JUST THINK! One-fifth of our total food production
for 1943 must go to meet the needs of our armed forces
and allies. This includes a large part of our commercial
canned goods! The answer is VICTORY GARDENS.
You can help the situation by growing your own garden.
BLAXCHARD'S is ready to help you. We have just
received another carload of FRESH FIELD and GAR
DEN SEEDS. Guaranteed seeds that will grow snap
beans, lettuce, cabbage and other vegetables you can use
during the year. Come in today for a complete supply
of seeds for your garden.
We have replenished our stock of groceries and other
rationed items. Shop at BLANCHARD'S for your food
needs. Our stock is the largest in town. Use your ration
tickets in March, as the merchant's quota will be gov
erned by the amount of tickets turned in during March.
All rationed items have the same point values every
where . . . and our prices are right.
