Tin.iL .UmJaJ - a iStii :;goic "f Sawyer, Vof Elisabeth Indian Baseball Team Splits Games The Perquimans High School base ball team divided a twin bill last week, losing; the first game to Hobbs ville by a score of 8 to 4, while they won the second game from the Whiteston team 18-9. The game between Hobbaville and the Indians was close throughout, until Hobbsville solved the Indians' pitching secrets, then the visitors tallied four runs to cinch the game. The Indians-Whiteston game was played test Saturday afternoon and was a free-hitting ball game, despite the fact that Carl Winslow and K. A. Winslow both pitched good ball. Numerous errors were marked against both teams.
