r TrmM FMEEIID) AM AOT As in other walks of life so in Congress The value of the services of a man of capacity, char acter, industry and good habits increases in exact proportion to his length of service. The successor of Lindsay Warren, Mr. Bonner has made, without a doubt, a good Congressman from his first term. But each added term is making him a better congressman, and enlarg ing his usefulness to the District. During the nearly six years Mr. Bonner has been a member of the House of Representa tives, he has continually grown not only in sta ture but in the estimation and affection of the people of the District. He has always render ed a notable and conspicuous service, always mindful of his constituents and has been will ing and cooperative in his efforts to serve them all. VOTE FOR HERBERT C. BONNER FOR CONGRESS We, the undersigned voters of Perquimans County expect to vote for Congressman HER BERT C. BONNER in the primary of May 2 5th, because we believe that his past record of diligent service to our District and his long experience in the halls of Congress have eminent ly qualified him for re-election. It is our opinion that the interests of the farmer, the fisher man, and ALL THE PEOPLE of our county would best be served by a VOTE FOR BONNER. R. M. Riddick, Jr. Dr. Allen B. Bonner Dr. T. P. Davenport HOW HAS HERBERT BONNER DONE THIS FOR YOU? Being a congressman is one thing and knowing how to get things done in congress is another. Herbert Bonner was trained for a long number of years under tnat great Democrat and Representa tive from this district, Lindsay Warren. Before he even took his seat in the halls of congress hi was well versed in the ways of that body and knew all the workings of the legislative art. After almost three terms in congress he has, by his hard work, devotion to duty and great capabilities, earned for himself a most enviable place among his colleagues in that deliberative body. His splendid legis lative knowledge and ability is of inestimable worth to his consti tuents in the first district The best servant is the trained servant. The safest servant is the tried and true servant THIS ADVERTISEMENT FAUX FOR BY PERQUIMANS COUNTY FRIENDS QN CONGRESSMAN BONNER.
