Mrs. T. L. Jessup was hostess to
her bridge club Tuesday evening at
her home on Front Street. Those
playing were Mesdames H. C. Stokes,
Jack Kanoy, C. M. Williford, C. E.
Johnson, V. N. Darden, M. R. Camp
bell and Miss Mary Sumner. High
score prize went to Miss Sumner and
low was awarded Mrs. Stokes. A
sweet course was served.

' The annual missionary meeting of
Piney Woods Friends Church ,; was
held Saturday, afternoon at the home
