MISSIONARY SOCIETY MEETS "The Woman's Missionary Society of Christian Service of the New Hope Church , held- its regular monthly meeting Thursday, February 5, at the home of Mrs. S. D, Banks with Mrs- timer Banks serving as hostess. ; "The Kingdom' 7s : Coming" was used as the opening hymn and prayer was offered by Mrs.-W. E. Dail. MrsV ,W,-H. Matthews conducted the devo tional, the subject being "That They May Be On." I The lesson was presented by Mrs." H. H., Putt, the subject being "The Way of Brotherhood Is the Way to God The goals for 1948 were read by the promotion secretary, Mrs. W. H., Matthews. Mrs., I. C. Butt was elected delegate to the conference at Goldsboro, which convenes March 16, 17 and '18. Mrs. Elmer Banks dis missed, the meeting -with a prayer. " BRIDGE SUPPER , , Mrs. Charles E.
