W. M. S. MEETS ; The Woman's Missionary Society of the Baptist Church met Monday night, July 19. Mrs. I. A. Ward pre sided and called the meeting to order by singing the hymn "Sweet Hour of Prayer." The minutes of the last meeting were read and reports called for. Roll was called with Circle No. 2 leading in members present After singing the hymn "0 Safe to the Rock," Mrs. Ward turned the. program over to Circle 2 and Mrs. Johnson presided and gave the Scripture les son. Mrs. Ben Wood offered prayer. Mrs. Charles Johnson rendered a beautiful eolo, "Prayer Is the Soul's Sincere Desire." A talk on "The Rural Church and Its Needs" was made by the Rev. C. W. Duling.
