Mr. and Mrs. Holmes and John Holmes accompan ied her there and spent the week-end. From Tarboro Miss Dorcas Knowles of Tarboro spent the weekend with her mother, Mrs. R. L. Knowles. Returned from Hospital Mrs. W. E. White, Sr., returned from the Albemarle Hospital, Eliza beth City, Friday where she went for treatment and observation. Returned Home Mrs. Charles Johnson and Mrs. Oli via Hobbs 'who have spent several weeks at their cottage at Kitty Hawk, N. C, spent several days at home be fore returning Wednesday for anoth er short stay at the cottage. Visited Heree Mrs. Beatrice Harris of St. Brides, N. C, was a recent guests of Mr. and Mrs. J. E.
