The Board of Commis sions of the County of Perquimans has ascertained and hereby determines that it is necessary that the Perquim ans County School Administrative Unit erect new school facilities con sisting of schoolhouses, physical edu cation and vocational education build ings and lunch rooms, and erect ad ditions to and alter and reconstruct such existing school facilities, and ac-1 quire land and purchase furnishings! and equipment required for such school plant facilities, in order that the public schools in said Counlty may be maintained as a part of the sys tem of public schools of the State of North Carolina, for the term required toy the Constitution of North Caro, line, and that'll will be necessary to expend for said purposes not less than $175,000, in addition to any moneys which have been or will here after be made available from other sources to finance such additional school facilities.
