The new rule would only provide that the total in surance for all insurance in any crop shall not exceed the actual value of the crop. , ,( N.C.pfcdSoci3ty Announces Contest For the fourth consecutive year the Medical Society of the State of North Carolina announces its essay contest conducted in the high schools of North Carolina. ; .'. . ;, Students in junior and senior high schools have been invited to partici pate in the contest, which opens Janu ary 1 and closes February 28, 1951. First place winners, as determined by a series of evaluations, will receive a $600 college scholarship. Second and third place awards will also je offered, it was learned.
