This ditch be gins at the W. W. White farm on the upper end and extends below the" New Hope-Wood ville Road. It has been approximately 25 years since this ditch was cleaned out and con sequently it is in bad condition. ' This group of fanners have been working toward getting something done on this ditch for a year or more. The group asked the Albemarle Soil Conservation District to help them with their drainage problem. Soil Conservation Service Engineers made a preliminary study of the drainage area and told the farmers approxi mately how much it would cost.
