Owens, on charges of breaking and entering and forcible trespass. According to a statement issued by Sheriff Owens, Drain attempted to break into the dress shop of Mrs. T. Ti Harrell, on Market Street, and while in this act threatened Mrs. Har rell with bodily harm. A hearing will be held for the man in Recorder's Court next Tuesday.'
