Under, the new program a highway patrolman will Hide a school bus daily to observe the driver of that particular bus, the conduct of the children, and to check on law observance by -motorists who may pass buses in traffic. A mole or so to the rear of the ' school bus wiU be a patrol ear, driv er of which will be inwalkie-talkie radio communication with the patrol man in the bus. Should there be a traffic violation by a passing mo tori it, the driver of the patrol car to the rear will be so notified and will speed to the scene to apprehend, the taw violator and take aim in cus tody. The motorist approaching a school bus will never know but that a pa trolman will . be on that particular BUS.
