Some coordina'ttion among organi zations iperhaps a (President's Club or a Community Council, but a group where community needs could be taken to secure the cooperation of all. - 2. 'A (Recreations! Center, or Club House. ; At lef t one adequate place where clubs miit meet and feel they belong where t' -9 might be opa house occasionally in the summer months to permit viators to meet. 3. An adequate library bmlding with "peace and quiet", and a comfortable place to' study; where children could go to hear stories and other pro grams; where clubs or church groups might go to staJy and plan their programs.. .
