" Marvin Simpson ; New Scoutmaster Marvin Simpson has accepted the post as Scoutmaster of Hert ford Troop 155, and assumed his duties at a meeting of the troor last Monday night, it was an nounced by W. S. Long, chair man. Of the Lions Scout Com mittee, who has been acting Scoutmaster since January. Simpson, a former member of the Scout troop, is a member of the Baptist Church, where he is a leader in the BTU and sings in the men's choir. He is em ployed at the Coast Guard Sta tion in Elizabeth City.
