All timber which is to be cut and removed from the lands described shall be cut and re moved therefrom on or before two years next after the date of the deed; and' all timber not cut or before said date,1 shall be the and removed from said land on property of the then owner or owners of said lands. 2. In cutting and removing said timber from the above de scribed lands, - the purchaser shall have the right to cut or injure such smaller timber as is reasonably necessary to handle and remove the timber which the purchaser is allowed to cut un der the . timber deed, but shall take all reasonable precautions that no smaller timber be cut or injured than such is reason ably necessary. 3. For the purpose of cutting and removing .said timber, the purchaser shall have the right at such location as- he may elect to open and maintain roadways on the said timber lands leading to the public" highway's; how ever, the purchaser shall not have the right to construct a roaaway over or across any cul tivated fields or through any yard connected with the dwelling situate on said property. In ad dition the purchaser shall have the right to ingress and egress over and upon all present exist ing paths, roadways and cart ways on the above described five tracts of land. The high bidder at said sale will be required to deposit with the Commissioner a sum equal to 10 per cent of the .first $1,000.00 bid, plus 5 per cent of all over. $1,000.00. The aforesaid order of sale in cludes a provision for the sale at a later date, of the lands above described subject to the timber deed and its provisions and con ditions. That all parties- may inspect the plats and deeds nere inabove referred to in the Su perior Court of Perquimans County, North Carolina, at any time during Court House hours.
