Reconstitutions Of Farms Farmers who buy or sell farmland in Perquimans County should notify the ASCS Office of these , transactions. This in formation is most important to us in keeping your farm owner ship j and operator records cur rent :and accurate. Farmers that have been given approval for Federal cost-share for ACP practices should report the j Extent of performance as soon1 as the practice is complet ed. V( Peanut cards should be return ed to the ASCS office upon com pletion of sales. The number of pounds of peanuts on hand for seed should be entered and the farmer's signature in the appro priate spaces.
