This plan is a part of a general land development plan which is be ing developed by the Planning Board with technical assistance from the Division of Commun ity Planning. This plan is. be ing developed to guide Hert ford's growth in the future. Studies have shown that the Hertford shopping area needs additional parking, more attrac tive store fronts and protection from the elements for shoppers.
