This includ ed the purchase of tires re ferred to, ' as well as pay ment for the surplus bus. This bus was never moved from the school garage prem ises until all financial ob ligations were cleared. Due to inability to, secure license for- the bus, it was not mov ed until the first week in May, 1963. Actually, as I interpret the auditor's re port, the county . has been overpaid in -the - amount of $28.1.1 with respect to the purchase of the surplus bus and other indicated items. Over the past two years the matters i referred to in Exhibit "C" have been thof yews Spoken oughly explained to the Per quimans County Board of Education. With ' knowledge of these matters, the board renewed my contract as sup erintendent for a two year period, beginning July. ,1, 1963. I have done my best to work in harmony with this board. Certainly, com plete harmony prevailed with respect to all past boards. I harve no malice or ill will against any member of the present County Board of Education. I am ready to work with them for the bet terment of our schools. Af ter all is said and done, this should not be a clash be tween personalities for we must aU work in the best ictefest of our school child- tut.'-''-'-:- ''-jy MY MINUTE WiWI GOD , sir oeooE uitxca, rutot Chawaa KMhodlit Ckuf "Kui I say onto yon ,that trtrj one who is angry with hit brother shall be in dan far of the Judgment" Matthew 5:22. : Some people think of sog er' as just "one of ; those things" we have to contend with. There are certain fruits of anger. Anger causes man to act foolishly, to stir up strife, and to act without reason. An angry man has no sense .of restraint. And then there is the penalty for anger.. If we once realize that anger can and will cause one to miss heaven and not to be able to stand in the day of judgment, we jyouM "def something about it. Dear . Lord: Help us to cease from anger ,and to do good. Amea.
