They freeze well and thaw quickly. The only secret is to press them out not more than 18 inch thick. 2 cups flour 1 t salt 1 lb. sharp cheese, grated 1 stick of butter, melted taste of red pepper Add cheese to dry ingre dients. Mix weU. Add melted butter. Mix well. Put bowl in warm water to keep mixture soft. Run thru cookie press. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. MEDICO now has long-term teams In Malaysia, Afghanistan, Tunisia, Algeria, Dominican Re public and Honduras. The organization helps treat some 600,000 patients each year and trains local doctors and nurses to care for additional millions. Teams are supported by the volunteer visiting specialists.
