Morgan took place Sunday, June 13, at Parkers Methodist Church in Corapeake at 3 p.m. The Rev. Robert Randalls, pastor, of ficiated at the ceremony. Wedding music was presented by Mrs. Thomas B. Barnes, organist, Selections played were Theme from Love Story, Theme from Romeo and Juliet, and A Time For Us. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Curtis V! Powell of Corapeake, N.C. The bridegroom's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Shelton Morgan of Winfall, N.C. Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a wedding dress of white lace over satin featuring long puffed sleeves with seed pearl trim on the bodice. Her only ornament was an heirloom locket belonging to the bride's grandmother. Her Mantilla veil of illusion was trimmed with lace appliques.
