two-thirds of the amount by
which the outstanding in
debtedness of said County shall
have been reduced during the
next preceding fiscal year,
unless the incurring of such

of the people of said County and
shall be approved by a majority
of those who vote thereon.
Section 7. This bond ordef
shall take effect thirty days
after its first publication after
final passage, unless, in the
meantime, a petition for its
submission to the voters is filed

tlemans Association works
along the same lines as the Pork
Producers Association .except
with Beef. The Assessment is
ten cents per head on all cattle
sold.
All Swine and Beef Producers
are urged to vote. Any person
who sells pork or beef and
persons who receive income
from the sale of each is eligible

marriage adjustment to their
husbands. Their attention is torn
between the children and
concern for the marriage.
Neither the children
nor the husband gets all
the needs met.
(b) The responsibilities of
several children, a husband,
and a household to run require
more emotional maturity than
most young wives can possess.
Any young wife needs a few
years to develop maturity in the
relationship with her husband
before the responsibility for
children comes along.
A little thinking about this
study would seem to indicate
that family planning is needed.
A young couple needs time to
adjust to each other without the
responsibilities that children
bring. As energetic as young
people are, too many respon
sibilities, too soon, can be too
much!!

Spring Brings On Tours
The warm weather and the
coming in of Spring is bringing
on Sunday and weekend tours in
our county. A recent motor trip
around Perquimans County
reveals a lot of cleaning needs
to be done. - ; "'
The County is littered with
junk, cars, trash dumps starved
by persons having no regard for
their fellowman-or themselves.
There are enough discarded
junk cars, refrigerators, stoves,
and other metal objects that
grace the trash piles to fill a
county all it's own.
Filth never put any place on
the map in a good sense. The
people of the county that persist
in dumping their garbage and
trash any place at any time can
class themselves with the junk
they are publicly disposing of.
If you think that you aren't
seen dumping your, trash-you
are mistaken. There are many,
that fail to remove their names.
