Director of the Winston Salem VA Regional Office. The seminars, which will be scheduled in the near future. ; are the first step in launching a new VA Executive Training Center. They will be followed with more comprehensive training for other selected groups of VA executives. Johnson pointed out that the need to serve Vietnam veterans will place rapidly changing new demands on programs in the 1970's.
