School Lunch
Menus Released
The Perquimans County
Board of Education has ap
proved an increase to 55
cents for student lunches at
Perquimans High and 70
cents for all teachers for
1976-77. Larger portions will
be offered to high school
students and all teachers.
To meet new State and
Federal regulations, the
whole box -lunch with or
without milk, or, any three
different or all five of the
plate items may be chosen
for the full price. A student
or teacher may not choose
two of the same item. No
student is required to pick
up any item he does not plan
to eat. These changes are
for all teachers and students
at Perquimans County High
School only. '

is that he can't identify the
type. The larger one, pic

cross between a pumpkin
and a watermelon. Both
melons are on display in the
Hertford Cafe window and
any "melonologists" are in
vited to view them and tell
