Both are concerned citizens but with divergent views on the bond issue of Nov. Acquisition of land with blighting influence to permit the redevelopment of the area to create a standard living environ ment. (4) Provide site clearance and demolition of substandard structures. (J) Provide needed site Improvements such as sanitary sewer, water, storm drainage and paved streets. (i) Provide rehabilitation grants or loans to permit rehabilitation of structures found to be economically feasible tor rehabilitation. The Town of Hertford has prepared an environmental review record respecting the above described project tor which the release of funds is being sought.
