Outlawh vs. Robert Outlawh, Jr.; Wanda Owens Gillikin vs. Johnny Ray Gillikin; and Joseph E. Riddick vs. Patricia H. Rid dick. Criminal cases included: Robert Cooper, charged with assualt, was given a fine of $25.00 and cost; Wanda Kay Owens was found guilty of possession of controlled substance and was taxed with a fine of $25.00 and cost; William James Ashley, charged with driving with license revoked, received a 60 day sentence suspended with unsupervised probation, a fine of $200.00 and cost, was or dered to surrender his driver's license to the court, and was told not to operate a motor vehicle in North Carolina until duly relicensed.
