Add potato skins Potato skins appear to be a new item of the menu at many restaurants. I have experimented with their preparation and have found that the following process works well for me. Serve with a C.ook's C.oriirr b> KHnu Wolvertun variety of garnishes-bacon crumbs, black olives, sour cream, minced green onions, parsley, dill weed-or use your imagination. The skins are a delicious appetizer or serve them as a garnish for soups. Ooops-I almost forgot-when you have left over skins from other potato recipes-freeze them-thaw and prepare.
