This years festival will highlight the arts and crafts of twenty-five Perquimans residents along with many other area residents. Seven teen new craftspeople will join in the festival this year. Make plans to come early and enjoy a bowl of homemade beef vegetable soup for lunch. Admission is $1.00 for adults, and SO cents for students. Doors will open at 9:00 a.m.
