Actually the frozen pie can be made with stawberries but the peaches are the best! Save these recipes for the summer months and enjoy when the fruit is fresh and in season. But tempt yourself now if you have the fruit available. Frozen Peach Pie 4 cups peaches chopped 1 cup sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 can Eagle Brand Milk 12 oz. Cool Whip 2 graham cracker crumb pie crusts Combine the fruit, sugar, vanilla and milk. Fold in the whipped topping. Pour the mixture into two crumb crusts. Refrigerate in the freezer. Thaw (a little) at room temperature prior to serving. Yield: two pies. Peach Delight 10 ladyfingers peach brandy 1V4 lbs. (24 oz.) sliced frozen peaches Vi pt. whipping cream sugar to taste V4 tsp. vanilla or almond extract Split the ladyfingers and place on the bottom and sides of a small Pyrex dish or ice tray. Sprinkle with enough brandy to moisten them well, but do not soak them. Place the peaches over the ladyfingers. Whip the cream and add the extract and sugar to taste.
