will be to regulate and guide resi
dential developments of multi-fam
ily dwellings units in Pasquotank,
Perquimans, Camden and Chowan
Counties in order to promote public
health, safety, and general welfare,
of all citizens. The rules will be de -*
signed to provide for orderly layout *
of multi-family dwellings, secure
safety, and insure facilities for safe
water, sewage disposal, and solid
waste disposal. Copies of all rules
are available at the Pasquotank,
