Cooking With BeLo Lemon Chicken Legs 4 w*o4? chicken legs with thighs Mclwd 1/3 cup lemon jo?c? 9 tablespoons water 2 tablespoons vegetable otl 1 tablespoon finely shredded lemon peel 1 dove garlic mincfd or preesed 1/4 teespoon sail 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper Remove skin and visible tat from legs; rinse and pat dry Place legs in large, shallow dish In smaM . ? bowl, stir together lemon Juice, water, oil. lemon peel, garlic, salt and pepper; pour over legs. Cover. t . refrigerate several hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Prepare outdoor grill for cooking or preheat broiler Remove legs from marinade Grill legs 6 inches from source of heat or broil indoors, cooking sbout 30 to 40 minutes or until tender and golden brown; turn and baste frequently with marinade..
