adoption of a zoning ordinance for
the extraterritorial jurisdiction of
the Town of Hertford.
The Town Board of Commission
ers of the Town of Hertford will
hold a public hearing on the 27th
day of October, 1987, at 7 : 30 o'clock
in the evening in the Municipal
Building. The purpose of the hear
ing is to seek public comment on a
proposed zoning ordinance in the
extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ).
The ETJ consists of that area
wlfain one mile in all directions
from the corporate limits of the
Town of Hertford. All interested cit
izens are invited to attend.
Copies of the zoning ordinance
and a map of the proposed area to
be zoned are available for inspec
tion during regular business hours
