Hertford Downtown Merchants Association members

An outstanding variety of entertainers will perform
for your today on the shaded lawn of the Perquimans
County Courthouse, ca. 18 . Two award-winning
groups of local youth, the Inspirational Voices and the
Perquimans County High School Marching Pirates
